I had the luck of meeting the late great Big Daddy Roth. It was when he came to Dallas with House Industries to promote his fonts. I did not get an autograph or anything like that, Big Daddy and I just talked cars and that was just fine with me. RIP brother, love ya and miss ya - your friend JR.
I know that my hand drawn type sucks but I am getting better.
